Have Pascal on your show

Here are some questions Pascal is happy to explore, in Quebec and in Europe. Use one as is for your episode title, or mix and match them your own way.

  1. How do you stay clear-headed when the news is everywhere, without sliding into denial or panic?
  2. What happens when success is no longer enough to give life meaning?
  3. What is really at stake in a difficult conversation, and how can you approach it differently?
  4. How do you talk to your teenager when the door to dialogue has closed?
  5. How do you go on parenting together after the relationship has ended?
  6. What is left of work when the job no longer answers the question of why?
  7. Is meditation just a way to relax? The three levels of meditation, from relaxation to mindfulness and on to propulsion.
  8. What does the desert teach us, from Egypt to Mount Kailash?
  9. How do you pass on values to your children in a world that moves so fast?
  10. What do thirty years of listening teach you about the way people speak to each other?

And also sleep, grief, anxiety, relationships, health through lifestyle, meditation, consciousness, journeys of initiation and his two books.

What journalists have written

What they say

Something concrete, even for Cartesian minds

❝ Being someone with a Cartesian, mathematical and scientific turn of mind, I agreed to meet him reluctantly. After my first session with Pascal, I knew this would be different. He was able to put into very concrete terms, in clear images, what I was feeling without being able to name it myself. And above all, he moved to action. What sets Pascal apart is how quickly he grasps the person in front of him, and his ability to make the abstract real.
Fred C.
❝ Pascal has a great gift as a communicator, and carries a remarkable message with exactly what is needed to reach people in an ever more demanding world. He is someone who holds a real respect for the human being, and a wish to reach out and help others flourish by becoming aware of the best in themselves. A perfect guide!
