I've known Pascal for almost 30 years. I've consulted him whenever I've needed guidance and clarity, and with his kind and luminous approach, he's helped me find my own answers and move towards a more authentic and radiant life. As my son used to say when he was a child, Pascal is a Jedi of light! And that's exactly right!

Pascal is a wonderful therapist. His listening skills and his ability to explain and analyze situations greatly facilitate self-understanding. He was a great help in my interpersonal relationships and also in my inner development. His open-mindedness and his connection to energy and spirituality helped me a lot to understand what I've experienced at different times in my life. In short, I highly recommend Pascal; he will help you find clarity in any kind of foggy situation.
Thank you, Pascal ✨

Pascal is an exceptional coach; he knows how to make accessible aspects we hesitate to discuss, thanks to his numerous metaphors and his rich and inspiring life experience. He brings us back to the essentials: the art of finding our inner peace and living with love and awareness.

Life brings its share of challenges and difficult situations. Pascal is there to guide us, offer a helping hand, listen, but above all, empower us to better cope with these kinds of situations. I was fortunate enough to cross paths with Pascal through a good friend, and what a stroke of luck that was! He helps us see life differently, enabling us to independently find the tools within ourselves to achieve peace, joy, and detachment. We often think we control everything in this world, or at least we really try to decide or control everything. Pascal allows us to evolve, to journey, and simply learn to discover our inner child, its impact, and ultimately develop our inner strength to master our emotions and actions, and accept what happens to us with serenity and peace. Everyone would benefit from having Pascal in their life to discover their full potential and experience beautiful moments, even when things aren't easy. The meditation training I took with Pascal was an extraordinary complement. This is a tool I now have in my life that allows me to rediscover the strength and answers within myself when a difficulty arises, whether big or small! You realize you can face anything in life when you know yourself well and discover your inner strength! We often talk about confidence, but for me, it comes through this concrete and practical process, rooted in everyday life. Thank you, Pascal (and to the wonderful friend who put me in touch with him) for everything!!
Do you want to gain clarity in a difficult situation or simply have an objective perspective to help you? Schedule a session with him now... you will definitely come away feeling empowered!

Pascal is without doubt nothing shy than extraordinary. His practice is effective, clear and he is always on point. Sometimes I arrive to his session not knowing what we should discuss nor what i want out of our session and somehow I always walk away surprised how much more there is to discover about myself. I have recommended so many people to him. Everyone needs a Pascal Paquette in their lives 😊

Feeling listened to, understood, and in good hands—that's what seeing Pascal is all about. I left our sessions feeling empowered and confident in my own abilities. Thank you so much for everything.

A man who changed my perspective, my daily life❣️

Pascal has been a part of my life for over 20 years. He has been with me through the most crucial stages one can ever face.
Pascal is not only a deeply committed guide, but someone who sees us as we truly are, even when our self-image is bleak. He sees through us; he helps us become aware of our true selves; he instinctively knows how to distinguish the whims of the ego from the genuine needs of our soul.
He brings out the best in us and helps us release what no longer serves us.
The key difference between Pascal and a social worker or psychologist is that he doesn't try to fix or treat us; he simply shows us the path to freedom and autonomy.
Through his example of discipline, he encourages us to seek the best within ourselves and to find our place in the vastness of life.
Thank you, Pascal, for all these years you have journeyed with me.

I've known Pascal for many years. Our meetings and conversations have been a real asset to my life. Pascal is a great listener and possesses extraordinary kindness. I could say he's been a guiding light for me, and that light has never gone out. Thank you, Pascal, for all these special moments.
Pascal has also written his first book, entitled:
I recommend it to everyone, but especially to those who are questioning our current reality, which is far from simple. You'll find answers there to guide you on a brighter path.

I had the privilege of meeting Pascal almost 10 years ago, thanks to a close friend I trusted deeply. From our very first conversations, I sensed in him a genuine, profoundly humane person, driven by a real desire to help others move forward.
Over the years, Pascal has been there for me through the various stages of my journey: my challenges, my questions, my periods of transition, and my personal and professional growth. His guidance has allowed me to gain perspective, to better understand myself, to see things more clearly, and to move forward with greater confidence.
I have immense respect for him as a person, for his inspiring journey, his transparency, his generosity of spirit, and his exceptional ability to simplify complex issues. He knows how to find the right words at the right time, with kindness and authenticity.
I also had the opportunity to participate in his meditation training sessions, which were incredibly enriching. They invite us to grow inwardly, to pause, to step back, and to integrate this presence into our daily lives. They allow us to see life from a different perspective, with greater serenity, a renewed smile, and stronger inner strength.
Beyond the coach, it's the man I deeply appreciate: genuine, approachable, honest, and sincerely committed to the well-being of those he guides.
Discovering his book will certainly be my next step, because everything he shares deserves to be shared with as many people as possible.
Thank you, Pascal, for everything you have sown in my life over the years. You have been an integral part of it for a long time now, and that will always be true.

Working with Pascal was a true revelation. He taught me that life isn't a race, but a continuous experience. Thanks to his unique approach, I learned to slow down and savor each moment to better understand my needs and desires.
His book is a valuable resource, but the man behind it is a true beacon for those searching for their way in a world that moves too fast. A human experience I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking clarity and balance.

This book is sublime!
I've been working with the author and coach, Pascal Paquette, for several years now. That's how I learned about the release of his book and jumped at the chance to get my hands on it!
Naturally, I didn't read it linearly, but rather guided by inspiration, choosing chapters based on how I felt at the time. What a surprise to have felt the impact of the topics covered so directly within me! It was like a coaching session, in written form! The resonance, rebalancing, and harmonization that arose as I read worked their magic, so much so that I left several days between each chapter to experience and integrate the content into my daily life.
Clearly, this book isn't just a self-help book. It's a space for awareness that invites us to a true inner transformation, thanks to the clarity of the language and content focused on concrete and accessible tools for moving towards well-being.
Pascal gets straight to the point with a genuine kindness that shines through on every page. He manages to address profound and far-reaching themes in just a few words. His writing is concise, fluid, and profoundly insightful. It is rich in metaphors and simple examples that hold our attention and inspire us to take action, to surpass ourselves, and to become better people.
Each chapter is a gift, complete in itself, nourishing us and offering us the opportunity to see things differently, to live differently, and to be carried beyond the initial reading, toward lasting change.
I highly recommend both coaching sessions and reading this book; they complement each other perfectly!

Having a different perspective, a different point of view, can truly help you see things more clearly, differently from what you're used to. Pascal is the perfect coach for this. Thank you, Pascal, for your clarity and kindness.

Five years ago, I was going through one of the most difficult periods of my life. I attributed my struggles to my work, which was having a significant impact on my physical and mental health. My partner referred me to Pascal, whom she had known for several years. Being someone with a logical, mathematical, and scientific mind, I reluctantly agreed to meet him. I had already consulted psychologists in my life, and I felt that their impact had all been very limited.
After my first meeting with Pascal, I knew it would be different. He understood me better than I understood myself. He was able to conceptualize, in a very concrete way (and with clear images), what I was feeling, which I myself couldn't quite put my finger on. And above all, he took action. Not to do it for me, but by offering ideas for actions I could take to get where I wanted to be.
At the time, he understood the urgency of acting quickly to allow me to regain a sustainable balance in the short term. Once the storm had passed, he made me understand (without me realizing it at the time) that my difficult approach to my professional situation stemmed from personal issues.
We've been working on these personal issues for five years, and today I feel aligned with myself, with who I am and what I truly want. I feel more in control of my life and myself than I've ever been. I approach situations that I found difficult back then with calm, confidence, and comfort.
What sets Pascal apart is his quick grasp of his clients, his ability to make the abstract concrete... and his ability to take action! This is what I was missing in my more "soft" traditional psychological consultations, where we delve deeper without ever really surfacing.
I recommend (and have recommended) Pascal to everyone. In my opinion, no one should miss out on a session of self-discovery with Pascal's expertise.

I wholeheartedly recommend Pascal Paquette to anyone seeking serious and profoundly human therapeutic support.
What struck me from the start was his ability to perceive what is truly happening—he gets straight to the heart of the matter with a rare keenness of observation. He knows how to pinpoint what we can't always articulate ourselves, and he does so with an accuracy that is both surprising and liberating.
His approach relies heavily on metaphors and concrete experiences, which makes the work on oneself vivid, grounded, and accessible. We don't remain in the abstract—we understand, we feel, we move forward.
Pascal is also a great listener, authentic, and caring. We feel confident enough to explore difficult areas because we know we are in good hands.
This support has truly contributed to my personal development and my inner journey. A huge thank you to him.

From our very first meetings, I felt something profoundly different. A rare quality of listening—true, present, and non-judgmental—allowed me to feel seen, understood, and validated on a level I had never experienced before.
His work goes far beyond words. There is a depth to his presence, an ability to feel, to grasp what remains unspoken… and to illuminate precisely what needs to be seen. It's difficult to explain, but his intuition possesses incredible power and accuracy—something truly unique.
With him, you don't remain on the surface. Each encounter opens vast inner doors. You embark on a genuine journey, where profound insights emerge, where long-buried parts of yourself begin to reveal themselves.
We often talk about finding our “purpose,” our life's mission… and we wonder if it's truly attainable. Today, I feel that yes, because it accompanies us with such light, such clarity, that it becomes possible to reconnect with something much greater within ourselves.
I sincerely wish everyone could experience something like this. This inner awakening, this reconnection… it is powerful, transformative, and profoundly aligning.
Let there be light ✨

I have been seeing Pascal for 13 years. He is one of the people who has most profoundly influenced my inner transformation. His approach is peppered with metaphors that help to understand abstract concepts, illuminating our perspective and perceptions so that we see things in a completely different light. His humor helps to defuse tense situations, adding a touch of lightness and allowing us to feel better, enabling situations to have less of a hold on us and our emotions.
Pascal's guidance has allowed me to connect with the deep truth of my soul. I love his ability to speak a spiritual language that resonates deeply with me and allows me to delve deeper into my introspection and evolution. I have regained control of my life; I feel much better, more aligned, and this has positive impacts on all areas of my life. No one else has been able to guide me the way he has and continues to do so 🙏🏼✨️

Pascal is an effective communicator. A person worth knowing. Through metaphors and humor, he helps me grow with each encounter. An indispensable life coach.
In January, I discovered another side of him through his extraordinary writing in his book, *Lighthouse in the Storm*, which is a guide to personal growth, a commitment to being a light. I underline many passages. I gave it as a gift in both French and Spanish. My bedside book for life.
And what can I say about my first encounter in his wonderful meditation training? A first step on the journey of healing past and childhood wounds. I look forward to continuing this path with your teachings. With gratitude 🙏

Pascal has an immediate knack for finding the right words and, above all, the images that stay with us, guiding us on our life's journey, no matter the challenges we face.
For me, it was my separation after 22 years together that led me to him. I used to go there to put out fires when needed. When things had calmed down somewhat, he offered to help me "decorate my home." After six years of seeing him, I'm still going, and I feel like I've lived several lives, given how far I've come. I know I'll live many more because I can now see all there is to do, learn, discover, and so on. Whether it's related to your job, marriage, family life, or your search for meaning, he'll have the words.
Pascal is a guide, a compass, a resource!
If you sometimes feel like an alien, he'll help you feel like an "extraterrestrial earthling," as he likes to say.
By reading his book, "A Lighthouse in the Storm: Keeping the Light Burning When the World Turns Upside Down," you'll get a glimpse into his world and/or the universe!
Happy encounter, dear extraterrestrials!

How fortunate I was to have crossed paths with Pascal. I've consulted him regularly for almost eight years, and he has illuminated my journey with his unique guidance. A guidance I would describe as divine, true, focused on self-love and personal growth, and exceptionally profound. His support has changed my life; I have healed my soul… His book now serves as a gentle reminder of his wisdom.

Working with Pascal has been a deeply transformative experience. From the very beginning, he didn’t position himself as someone with all the answers—but rather as someone who could guide me back to my own.
Through his guidance, I’ve learned how to reconnect with myself on a much deeper level. In moments of confusion or uncertainty, he consistently helped me turn inward, and access a sense of clarity that I didn’t always know was there. When challenges arise, I meet them from a completely different place now.
Pascal’s work is truly in service of elevating human consciousness. Working with him has been an honour, and I’m deeply grateful for the role he has played in my spiritual journey.

I was fortunate enough to cross paths with Pascal at a time when I desperately needed him.
Pascal is a spiritual guide who, with gentleness and kindness, leads us toward our best selves.
With him, realizations come naturally. He has a unique way of using humor, simplicity, and great sensitivity to help us see things differently, without ever being abrupt or judgmental. We feel welcomed, understood, and supported.
There's a touch of magic in his guidance… a magic that simply helps us evolve at our own pace.
After each session, I leave with greater clarity, peace, and self-confidence. It's like a reminder that everything is already there, within us, and that sometimes all it takes is the right support to remember it.

Pascal is a master of his craft. Always approaching his work with love, respect, and facts, he uses humor and vivid examples to help us understand the resistances that often hold us back. He skillfully untangles the knots that lead us to repeat limiting habits that keep us stuck in a rut. I often tell people I refer to him that one session with him is equivalent to ten sessions with other professionals I've consulted. In short, if you're ready to work on yourself and see concrete results, you've come to the right place.

Pascal is an exceptional therapist. His way of teaching and helping us see things from a different perspective is simply unique. He possesses a wisdom and understanding of the mind and spirituality that are difficult to describe—you have to experience it to understand it.
He has helped me in so many ways. Thanks to him, my relationships are much healthier, I feel more grounded, more confident, and calmer. I have also developed a clearer and more conscious outlook on life. He teaches us to take back control of our lives through simple tools, like breathing and meditation, but with remarkable depth.
I have recommended him—and will continue to recommend him—to everyone I know. He truly has the power to transform lives.
I have also started reading his book, "Beacons in the Storm," which I love. I limit myself (intentionally) to a few pages a day to fully appreciate it. It is written in a light style, but with tremendous power—everything resonates deeply. I've already bought several copies to give as gifts, and I plan to continue doing so.
I feel incredibly grateful to have Pascal in my life :)!!
