Author
What is said in a room carries on in the books. Lighthouse in the Storm and Le bracelet du désert keep the encounter going long after it has ended.
From meaning to right action, through joy rather than through pressure.
For over thirty years, Pascal N. Paquette has led people and groups toward what truly matters. His gatherings do more than hand out tools. They stir thought, open a space in which to feel, and lead to action that is aligned and carries meaning.
Where performance becomes the natural fruit of alignment, and not the other way round.
Words that awaken
Whether he speaks to a room, to a couple, to a working team or to an institution, Pascal follows the same thread: bringing each person back to what is essential. Why do I do what I do? What truly means something to me? How do I move forward rightly? Out of those questions a movement is born: becoming aware, feeling, then taking concrete steps in the right direction.
One centre, several rays
One centre, meaning and alignment, radiating out toward different audiences and different questions of a life.
Inner life and awakening awareness
Giving your life meaning, living out what you came here to do, telling apart succeeding in life and making a success of your life. The heart of Lighthouse in the Storm: keeping your light burning when the world tips over.
Couples and the path of love
A couple as a proving ground for growth. Understanding expectations, commitment, the phases a relationship passes through, and what keeps it alive, harmonious and deep.
Meditation and inner peace
The Parlecoeur Meditative Way: learning to meditate, cultivating states of peace and joy, and gathering concrete tools for rebalancing day by day.
Health and the way you live
A whole view of health in which body, heart and mind form one thing. Understanding your habits, falling in step with natural cycles, and building surroundings that favour wellbeing.
And a fifth ray, which reaches on into the world of work and of organisations.
In companies and organisations
For leaders, teams and organisations who sense something is missing. Finding meaning again before chasing performance. Working through joy rather than through pressure. And then watching performance arrive of its own accord, as the natural fruit of alignment.
Shaped to each gathering
From an intimate gathering to a large hall, in person or by video. The essence stays the same, the format bends to the audience and to the brief.

Gatherings, everywhere
From one room to the next, from one group to another, the same presence and the same thread.
“What matters is not what we do, but the love we put into doing it.”

What a teaching leaves behind
Pascal is an exceptional practitioner. The way he teaches and brings us to see things from another angle is quite simply unique. He holds a wisdom and an understanding of mind and spirit that are hard to put into words, you have to live it to grasp it. He has helped me in so many ways. Thanks to him my relationships are far healthier, I feel more grounded, more confident and calmer. I have also grown a clearer, more conscious view of life. He teaches us to take back the reins through simple tools, breath and meditation, but with a remarkable depth.
Thank you for that beautiful teaching. I think it had been a long time since I felt this well. You see, before, whenever I had changes to make I felt unsteady and unsafe, I would even say it was panic, but now it is the opposite. I do not know how you do it, because you always find the words that ring true and let me see the good side of myself. There is so much truth in everything you say, it makes so much sense, it makes me want to go further. And yesterday, before heading home, I went and bought myself a book with “My Journal” written on the front.
