Spiritual Life Coaching walks with you through the choices you make for your life. Your work, where you live, your relationships, the direction you give your projects, the way you express yourself in the world. What is at stake is bringing them into tune with your Soul, and drawing closer to your full creative power.
This is the dimension I have explored most deeply over more than 30 years of practice.
Spiritual Life Coaching and naturopathy
Naturopathy looks at the whole of how you live, and how you live does not stop at food or sleep. It also holds the way you make your choices, the way you are with others, and the meaning you give to what you go through.
Spiritual Life Coaching is the spiritual and existential side of my naturopathic practice.
Who Spiritual Life Coaching is for
These sessions are for you if you carry a question about the direction of your life, about your choices, or about what is truly calling you.
The word spiritual, here, points to no belief and no particular practice. It names the relationship you hold with yourself, with what you are beyond the roles, and with whatever gives meaning to your life. An apple tree bears apples. It does not try to bear oranges. Living in keeping with your own deep nature, that is what this is about.
Being ready to meet yourself
That you genuinely want to become who you are, and that you have some appetite for that commitment to yourself.
Gentle, powerful and grounded
These sessions rest on your qualities and your strengths, on the light you already carry, so that you can unfold into your life and shape it with joy and ease.
Think of a guitar string. It rings true because it has been tuned to its own pitch. Nothing was added to it, it was only tuned. A life in alignment works the same way. One thing comes into tune, and everything else sounds different.
What each session gives
A session often opens onto an insight, and very often you leave with something you can apply, watch for or put in place straight away. Meaning is worked out in practice, in the concrete, day by day.
What begins to move
What your Soul is calling you toward grows clearer and starts to take real shape, not as an abstract idea but as a direction that shows itself in your choices, your impulses, your deepest longings. You learn to recognise that inner guidance, to trust it, and little by little your daily choices fall in step with it. This is not effort, it is a return to who you are. What was tangled becomes clearer, and what seemed impossible finds its own way through.

How the sessions evolve
The first sessions are for getting to know you, what you are going through, what is calling you. Together we name the parts of your life that need attention, and we find the rhythm that suits you.
Spiritual Life Coaching is a genuine training in living and in knowing yourself. It is a path shaped around you, at your own pace, an integrative process through which you draw closer to who you truly are, seen as a whole.
It takes place in person or online, by video or by phone. Meeting in person is preferred when it is possible, but the depth of the work does not depend on the format. It depends on what you bring to it.
Sessions from anywhere, with the same presence
Wherever you are in the world, the guidance you receive is the same, from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a quiet place and a connection.
